Hi! I’m Priyansh. I’m a PhD candidate working in computer security.

I am a second-year PhD candidate working under the guidance of Prof. Vireshwar Kumar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. I am working on the topic of network security concerning next-generation cellular systems. I’m interested in Systems Security and Network Security and their real-world applications.

I’ve had the opportunity to work in the Internet-of-Things domain at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad. Prior to that, I honed my teaching skills as an Assistant Professor at ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad, for over two years. I earned my master’s degree in Information Security from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Gwalior, in 2019. My academic foundation was laid with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.

  • I joined the “Development of Security Audit Framework for Secure IoT Network” project at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad, as Junior Research Engineer(JRE) with Dr S. Venkatesan, Dr Soumyadev Maity, Dr Vijay Chaurasiya, Prof Neetesh Purohit and Dr Suneel Yadav.
April, 2021
  • I conducted an online workshop on ‘Basics of Python’ between 26th March 2021 and 3rd April 2021 for undergraduate students at the Institute of Home Economics, University of Delhi, Delhi.
February, 2020
